When asked, Catherine will claim she was found as a child in the forest behind her grandmother's house, where she continued to venture throughout her childhood, looking for the fae who supposedly made their home beneath the gnarled roots of the trees,  inside the highest hills of the forest. In truth, she grew up in a small town in rural Antwerp, Belgium where she was fond of cycling and walking and still reserves this fondness today.

Catherine is working on her first book, one that combines her love for art and its revolutionary nature. Catherine has been writing for as long as she can remember, but truly picked up her pen when she was fourteen years old (thank you, Wattpad). 

 

When not writing, Catherine can be found singing, playing a plethora of instruments, reading, going for endless ghost-on-the-moors-style hauntings (read: very long walks), or stabbing opponents on the piste (epee before all else, and if all else fails, foil will do).
